PHARMACOLOGY
Surprisingly there is a difference between pharmacology and pharmacists. Pharmacology varies greatly, defined as the study of the interaction of drugs with living systems and earn a PhD. Pharmacology students learn about the effects of all drugs including toxicology, additionally knowledge in physiology, biochemistry and cell and molecular biology. Furthermore, they know perspective in solving drug-, hormone- and chemical-related problems. Upon graduating, you have the options of teaching, researching, or working in the industry. A pharmacologists programs is less expensive, lasts five (5) years, and one in every four applicants are admitted. Furthermore, graduates can be expertise in one of the many subdivided pharmacology fields in the third link below.
Conversely, pharmacists are licensed; you are board certified and earn a professional degree in Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). Pharmacy school is harder to get into, schooling is four (4) years, more expensive, and more competitive- one in every 25 people is admitted. Pharmacology plays a big role in earning the PharmD degree, it is one of the six major classes a pharmacists need to take, because pharmacists need to know more than doctors, nurses, and other health professional in this field of study. Although, this does pay off at the end because more opportunities are available like: research, hospital, pharmacy, or industry. Pharmacists overall dispense medication and see the outcome in the health of their patients well-being. The main goal in every pharmacist is to: cure disease, eliminate or reduce symptoms, arrest or slow a disease process, prevent disease, diagnose disease; and alter physiological processes for desirable result in the patient's health.

PubMed: Molecular chaperoning of steroid hormone receptors
Like many school dances, chaperones are always keeping a close eye on on students. Similar to cells, chaperones are watching for steroids on hormone receptors.
